Vasiliki Zochiou

Vasiliki Zochiou is a Greek architectural designer, researcher and scenographer, currently based in New York. Her work explores the intersection of architecture with technology and environmental control systems, climate crisis narratives and theater.
She holds an MSc in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia GSAPP (2026), a Master in Architecture and Urban Design (2020) and a five-year Integrated Diploma in Architecture (2019) from the University of Patras, Greece. She has also attended the 1-year Masterclass in Scenic Design at the National Theater of Greece, in Athens.
Vasiliki is the recipient of the 2026 Honor Award for Excellence in Advanced Architectural Design and of the 2026 William Kinne Fellows Traveling Prize at Columbia GSAPP. She has previously worked in architectural offices in Athens and London as well as in scenic design for theater and dance productions in Greece and Germany. She has been Research Assistant at M.S.AAD, Columbia GSAPP and Teaching Assistant in Urban Design Graduate studios at the Univeristy of Patras, Greece.
